<p>The method involves coding entries of a list of identification data of contacts of a user to contact code values by a cryptological hash function e.g. collision resistant hash function. The values are transmitted from a mobile device e.g. mobile phone, to a server computer e.g. host. One of the values is compared (585) with user code values stored on the computer to find a stored code value, which matches with the contact code values. A notification about the found matching is transmitted (590) from the computer to the device. The data is coded to the user code values by the function. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a data processing program comprising instructions for performing a method for receiving, managing and sending identification data (2) a computer and/or mobile device.</p> |
