Provided are a racing driver bucket seat and a racing driver cooling system which are capable of effectively curbing the body temperature rise of a racing driver while meeting the safety standards. Said racing driver bucket seat is provided with a plurality of shell through-holes formed in a seat shell; an outer shell which is firmly fixed to the seat shell, and covers the shell through-holes from the back surface of the seat shell, and between which and the shell back surface, a layered flow path is formed; and air introduction ports which introduce air into the flow path.
