The LED illuminating device includes a rectangular bridge circuit (40) wherein a first switching transistor (41), a second switching transistor (42), a third switching transistor (43), and a fourth switching transistor (44) are successively disposed on the sides, respectively. Furthermore, the LED illuminating device includes a control circuit (20) that controls the first, second, third and fourth switching transistors, corresponding to the polarity of an alternating current so as to convert the alternating current supplied from an alternating current power supply (30) to a direct current. |
