PURPOSE: A pulp mold molding device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to process a heater plate after thermal deformation and to correct twisting due to thermal deformation. CONSTITUTION: A pulp mold molding device comprises: first(10) and second(20) upper plates slide up and down and to the left and right; first(30) and second(40) lower plates which are fixed at the device body and molds and dries a pulp product; and an ingredient tank which surrounds the first lower plate and vertically reciprocates.
