PURPOSE: A secretary information providing method and a device thereof are provided to combine a CRM(Customer Relationship Management) service with a secretary service and supply online and offline personal secretary services, thereby enabling salespersons to systematically manage customers with a smaller amount of time. CONSTITUTION: Request information of a secretary is received(S2). Secretary information matched with the request information is searched in a database in which providable secretary information is stored(S3). If the matched secretary information exists, a list of the secretary information is provided in response to the request information(S4). The secretary information includes at least one of information about another salesperson and information about a predetermined work expert. The secretary information comprises a marker which indicates a fixed qualification.
