PURPOSE: A fusing circuit is provided to reduce fusing time by only fusing a necessary bit in a single time. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of switching elements(M1, M2) is respectively connected to a plurality of trimming resistance(R1, R2) in parallel. A plurality of current sources(I1, I2) supplies a drive voltage to a gate of the switching element. A reversal prevention means(R11, R12) and a fuse(F1, F2) are connected between each current source and a common ground(GND) in serial.
