PURPOSE: A nuclear fuel alloy power with a nitrided surface and a dispersion nuclear fuel having high density including the same are provided to lower temperature of the nuclear fuel by preventing a reactive layer from being formed between the nuclear fuel alloy power and a base material. CONSTITUTION: A nitrified surface layer is formed by reacting nuclear fuel alloy power with nitrogen. The nuclear fuel alloy power comprises one and more kinds of alloying elements selected from a group consisting of uranium, thorium, plutonium, americium, neptunium, and curium. The nuclear fuel alloy power further comprises one and more kinds of alloying elements selected from a group consisting of molybdenum, zirconium, titanium, silicon, iron, chrome, vanadium, niobium, ruthenium, palladium, tungsten, and tantalum. A thickness of the nitrified surface layer is 0.1 to 300Mm.
