PURPOSE: An air conditioning system for a vehicle and control method thereof are provided to separately rotate an air-intake and an actuator for a mode and a temp according to the fixed angle. CONSTITUTION: An actuator(100) includes a blush and a circuit board(320). The blush is rotated according to the rotation angle of a door. A conductive pattern is formed on the circuit board. A control unit controls the rotation angle of the actuator by receiving power by connecting the brush and the conductive pattern. The conductive pattern is formed for exceeding the rotation restraint angle of a door. When the power of the actuator approaches to a calculated value, the operation of the actuator is stopped.
