PURPOSE: A food waste processing apparatus including a centrifugal separator is provided to filter liquid and foreign materials using a dehydration screen, the centrifugal separator, and a filter. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal separator(111) separates foreign materials from liquid exhausted from a water supply hole(110). The bottom of the centrifugal separator connects to a foreign material pipe(112). The separated foreign materials are exhausted using the foreign material pipe. A filter(114) is formed in the foreign material pipe. The foreign materials are filtered using the filter. The filter is replaceable.
