PURPOSE: A lining material for reinforcing a water pipe is provided to prevent a high strength polyester fabric from becoming torn even when water pressure or water hammer is applied. CONSTITUTION: A lining material(10) for reinforcing a water pipe comprises a non-woven fabric(2), a high strength polyester fabric(11), and a polyethylene film(3). The high strength polyester fabric is overlapped on the non-woven fabric. The polyethylene film is wraps the high strength polyester fabric. The non-woven fabric comprises a plurality of layers. The high strength polyester fabric is formed in between the layers.
