PURPOSE: A safety rope device for an electric pole is provided to give psychological stability to a worker and to prevent the fall of the worker from an electric pole. CONSTITUTION: A safety rope device for an electric pole comprises an upper rope fixing bar(100), a lower rope fixing bar(200), a safety rope(300), a rope braking device(400), and a rope controller(500). The upper rope fixing bar is fixed in the upper end of the electric pole. The lower rope fixing bar is installed in the bottom of the electric pole to be separated from the upper rope fixing bar. The safety rope is separated from the outer surface of the electric pole. The rope braking device is inserted into the safety rope. A safety belt is detachable from the rope braking device. The rope controller controls the tension of the safety rope.
