PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically removing a copper string of a trolley bar is provided to prevent an electrical short by automatically removing copper strings generated when a trolley bar and a pantograph contact shoe contact each other. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for automatically removing a copper string of a trolley bar comprises a body(110), a supporting shaft(120), a spring, brackets(130), a supporting body(140), a first polishing roller(150), cutting blades(151), a driving member, supporting rollers(160), contact brackets(170), second polishing rollers(171), and contact springs(172). The body is fixed at a predetermined position of a crane. The supporting shaft is installed on one front side of the body to be vertically rotated. The spring downwardly rotates the supporting shaft. The brackets are coupled on both sides of the supporting shaft. The supporting body is installed in one end of the brackets. The first polishing roller is rotatably installed in the middle of the supporting body. The cutting blade is coupled on both sides of the first polishing roller. The driving member rotates the first polishing roller. The supporting roller is rotatably installed on both ends of the supporting body. The contact brackets are installed to be rotated on a hinge shaft(142). The second polishing rollers are rotatably installed on the inner surface of the contact brackets. The contact springs are installed between the supporting body and the contact brackets. |
