PURPOSE: An intervertebral artificiality interposition is provided to implement the lateral insertion of an spherical protrusion by forming an opening on a side of a seating groove. CONSTITUTION: A spike member(11) is formed on a bottom surface of a lower body(10). A spherical protrusion(12) is formed on a top surface of the lower body. An upper body(20) is placed on the lower body. An angle of the upper body can be adjusted. The other spike member(21) is formed a top surface of the upper body. A seating groove(22) is formed on a bottom surface of the upper body. The spherical protrusion is inserted into the seating groove. An opening(24) is formed in the front or the rear of a protection protrusion(23) to enable the insertion of the spherical protrusion.
