PURPOSE: A pump dispenser including a restoring unit between a cap and a head is provided to increase elasticity by using an elastic unit formed into an S-shape. CONSTITUTION: A pump dispenser(100) comprises a cap(110) combined to a container, a housing(120), a head(140), a pumping unit(150), and a restoring unit(160). The housing is fixed to the cap, and includes a settling space unit for setting contents discharged from the container. The head is installed on the upper side of the cap to be slid and includes a nozzle for discharging the contents. The pumping unit is connected to the head for discharging the contents into the setting space unit. The restoring unit is installed between the cap and the head for returning the pumping unit and the head to their initial position.
