INTERACING YARN, AND FABRIC USING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE FABRIC

PURPOSE: A conjugate yarn and a fabric using the same are provided to ensure softness, lightness, and heat insulation. CONSTITUTION: A conjugate yarn contains a high shrinkage yarn(1) formed of polyester copolymers; a partially oriented yarn(POY,2) of polyester; a dop dyed yarn(3) of polyester; and a spun yarn(4) of polyester and rayon. Each yarn is interlaced. A method for fabricating a fabric comprises: a step of preparing the high shrinkage yarn, POY of polyester, dop dyed yarn of polyester, and spun yarn of polyester and rayon; a step of blending the yarns and interlacing the yarns to prepare conjugate yarn; a step of fabricating a grey using the conjugate yarn; a step of refining the grey to prepare refining paper; a step of dyeing the refining paper; and a step of performing dyed paper.
