PURPOSE: A traffic lane delineator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce maintenance costs of a reflection unit by integrally forming the reflection unit in the traffic lane delineator. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a traffic lane delineator is as follows. A reflection nun is formed by mixing high-intensity reflection pigments, polyurethane, and a hardener(S1). The front end of a main body is integrally welded to one end of the formed reflection unit, and a mounting flange is integrally formed on the other end of the main body(S2). A bendable bellows portion is formed between the main body and the mounting flange(S2a).
