PURPOSE: A solar cell panel and a photovoltaic power generation apparatus having the same are provided to prevent performance degradation due to damage caused by bending by maintaining a flat state during transfer of the solar cell panel. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell(C1) is formed on a supporting substrate(100). The solar cell comprises a back electrode layer(110), a light absorption layer(120), and a front electrode layer(150). A buffer layer(130) is formed on the light absorption layer. The front electrode layer is formed on the buffer layer. A first connection member(300) is electrically connected to the solar cell. |
