RADIATION DETECTING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A radiation detector is provided to perform energy compensation by using a lead and a tin foil for a non-compensatory detecting device, thereby reducing manufacturing costs for a radiation measuring device. CONSTITUTION: A radiation detector comprises a first shielding layer(31), a second shielding layer(32), and a third shielding layer(33). The first and second and third shielding layers are formed in order of a tin foil, a lead foil, and a lead foil. The lead foil is composed of lead of 0.12 mm thickness and an adhesive of 0.55 mm thickness and the tin foil is tin of 0.1 mm thickness and an adhesive of less than 0.05 mm thickness. An amount of radiation reacting by being incident to an inner side of a tube wall is controlled by adding a shielding layer on an external wall of the tube wall.
