PURPOSE: A loading system of a program file and a method thereof are provided to automatically load the program file when a board is connected to equipment. CONSTITUTION: A file server unit(110) stores a plurality of program files. A tag recognizing unit(120) recognizes a tag of a connected board. A file requesting unit(130) requests the program file from the file server unit based on information stored in the tag. The tag is one of a bar code, an RFID, or a magnetic card. A determination controlling unit(140) controls the file requesting unit.
