Described is an apparatus for the production of curd consisting of curd separator (1), whereby in the bottom part of it there is a discharge pipe (5) for curd and a discharge pipe (6) for non-concentrated whey is attached upside, attached to reverse osmosis device (2), attached to supply line (7) for concentrated whey, which is connected to dosing device (3) connected with the discharge pipe (5) for curd, whereby water-discharge conduit (8) is also attached to reverse osmosis device (2). |
