PURPOSE: A capsule type endoscope of internal body fixed type is provided to be fixed to a specified portion inside a body by providing a fixing unit which is fixed inside the body. CONSTITUTION: A capsule main body(110) collects body internal information and transmits it. The capsule main body comprises a sensor unit and a radio frequency transmitter. The sensor unit collects the body internal information. The radio frequency transmitter transmits the body internal information to outside. A fixing unit(120) fixes the capsule main body to the inside the body. The fixing unit comprises an elastic body which is concavely or convexly transformed by force added to a center portion. A fixing piece is extended from one side of the elastic body and is pressed to the bottom of the elastic body.
