PURPOSE: A soundproof wall with a sound absorbing function is provided to prevent traffic accidents caused by a fire by preventing the fire using sound absorbing and flame retardant materials. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall(10) with a sound absorbing function comprises a casing(20), multiple soundproof plates(50), a sound absorbing material(70), and a cutoff plate(90). The casing has a housing space(22) with an open front. The soundproof plates are detachably installed on the front surface of the casing and have multiple sound absorbing holes(52). The sound absorbing material composed of a flame retardant material is installed in the housing space of the casing and form an air layer between the sound absorbing material and the inner surface of the casing. The cutoff plate is installed on the rear surface of the sound absorbing material to isolate the air layer from the sound absorbing material.
