PURPOSE: A lifting type inundation prevention gate is provided to prevent water from flowing into an underground room by forming a door on the bottom of an entrance of the underground room. CONSTITUTION: A lifting type inundation prevention gate comprises a plate-shaped door(10) and a drive unit. The door closes the entrance of an underground room. The drive unit powers the door and is composed of vertical extension members(22), a screw shaft, a connection member(26), and a drive motor. The vertical extension members are extended upward from both sides of the entrance of the underground room. The screw shaft is installed to be parallel to the vertical extension members. The connection members are lifted up and down when the screw shaft is rotated. The drive motor rotates the screw shaft.
