PURPOSE: A lining panel for concrete protection and a construction method thereof are provided to construct an additional concrete structure on an existing concrete structure without a form. CONSTITUTION: A lining panel(10) for concrete protection comprises a protection plate(1), multiple studs(2), drill marks(4), and bolt insertion holes. The protection plate is attached to the surface of a concrete structure. The studs are installed on one surface of the protection plate and prevent the protection plate from being separated from the surface of the concrete structure. The drill marks are formed on the other surface of the protection plate at the same positions as the studs. Panel fixing units fix the protection plate to the surface of the concrete structure through the bolt insertion holes.
