A carcass and advertisement means for an element intended to fasten a handle to a rail, which comprises a first portion that includes an inner side, an outer side, lateral sides and an upper carcass with upper orifices, the inner side being substantially hollow, the lateral sides having a first surface; a second portion is assembled to the first portion, the second portion comprising an inner side, an outer side, lateral sides and an upper carcass with an upper orifice, the inner portion being substantially hollow, the lateral portions having a first surface; when the first and second portions are assembled, the first surface of the lateral side of the first portion and the first surface of the lateral side of the second portion surround, partially, the rail, the inner side of the first portion and the inner side of the second portion surrounding, partially, the fastening means of the handle, the upper carcass of the first portion being co-linear the upper carcass of the second portio n, and the upper orifice of the upper carcass of the first portion being co-linear the upper orifice of the upper carcass of the second part.
