PURPOSE: A rubber sheet for buffering impact and abrasion resistance is provided to have excellent abrasion resistance and impact resistance, thereby capable of minimizing damages of devices, and minimizing noise and dust. CONSTITUTION: A rubber sheet for buffering impact and abrasion resistance comprises: a step of kneading a natural rubber and a butadiene rubber in a kneader; a step of putting carbon black and white carbon into a kneader, and mixing the same; a step of putting stearic acid, zinc oxide, petroleum resin, antiaging agent and dispersant into the kneader, and mixing the same; a step of putting a mixture of thiazole based acidic vulcanization accelerator, guanidine-based base vulcanization accelerator, sulfonamide-based natural vulcanization accelerator, thiuram-based vulcanization accelerator into the kneader, and mixing the same; a step of drawing out a mixed rubber from the kneader, putting vulcanization into, and mixing by a roller mixer; and a step of molding the rubber to a sheet shape.
