PURPOSE: A persimmon drying machine capable of maintaining uniform drying quality of persimmon is provided to uniformly supply hot air for drying into a drying chamber. CONSTITUTION: A persimmon drying machine comprises the following: a drying chamber(103) including partition walls which divide the internal space, a case with a box shape, and a heat-insulation unit; a hot air supplier(106) including a heating unit and a hot-air fan for generating hot air from the upper side of the case; a holding groove formed in the longitudinal direction to be formed on the side wall surface of the drying chamber; a hot-air supplying pipe(110) installed on the holding groove for receiving the hot air from the hot-air supplier and discharging to the drying chamber; a hot-air feeding hole having the narrow upper side and the wide lower side; an operation cam fixed to an operation shaft protruding from the bottom of the drying chamber; an auxiliary axis fixed to the end of the operation cam; and an interlinking rod having a ball joint connecting the operation cam to the auxiliary axis fixed to another operation cam for coupling the hot-air supplier. |
