The invention relates to a dispensing valve for fluids and a dispensing outlet for fluids comprising: said dispensing outlet further comprising an outer wall (13a) defining an open face at one end thereof, and attached to said valve body (13) at an opposite end thereof, said open face having a radius of curvature about a longitudinal axis extending through said valve body; and a shell (100) having a wall defining an open face at one end thereof and attached to said valve body at an opposite end thereof, said shell extending around said dispensing outlet (120), and said open face (116) of said shell (100) being positioned a greater distance from said longitudinal axis than said open face (136) of said dispensing outlet (120) sufficient to avoid the contact of fluids with the shell inner surface (100) and/or avoid the collection of liquid on its surfaces.
