PURPOSE: A fluid control valve for delivering fluid at a precise amount in single direction is provided to precisely move fluid as much as suction force in single direction and to restore the opening of a valve by using elastic force of silicon or rubber material without the restoring force of a spring or an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A fluid control valve for delivering fluid at a precise amount in single direction comprises a valve body(10) having a valve packing part(12) by which fluid flows in only single direction. The valve packing part has a cutting part(13) so that the sucked amount of fluid can be moved while opening the cutting part. The valve body is manufactured by silicon or rubber material having excellent self restoring force. The valve body moves the precise amount of the fluid when the fluid used in a printer, a boiler, and a vehicle is moved. The valve body comprises a body(15), a flange part(11), and an elastic groove(14).
