PURPOSE: A protective cover for a portable terminal having electromagnetic wave shielding properties is provided to prevent electromagnetic waves from transmitting to a head of a user during calling by combining a shielding sheet with a transmission protector close with a face. CONSTITUTION: A protective cover(100) is combined on the upper surface of a portable terminal(200). A transmission protector is arranged on the upper surface of a display(220). A through hole is formed on the position corresponding to a speaker(230) of the portable terminal. A shielding material blocks or absorbs electromagnetic waves from the portable terminal. The shielding material is combined on the rear side of the transmission protector or the upper side of the display.
