PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to reduce process time and defects by removing a wire process. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure includes a first semiconductor layer(140), an active layer(150), and a second semiconductor layer(160). A first electrode(130) is arranged under the first semiconductor layer. A second electrode(170) is arranged on the second semiconductor layer. A circuit board is arranged under the light emitting structure and includes an electrode pad. A first conductive layer connects the circuit board to the first electrode. A second conductive layer connects the circuit board to the second electrode. |
