The system forces a user to wait until the end of delay determined by an author of a compact disk (CD) to go to the next page of a catalog or prospectus recorded in the CD, where the system allows the user to read the next page automatically or by authorization of the user after the expiry of the delay. The CD includes message about reduction on certain products and/or a promotion and or participation in a lottery.
