PURPOSE: A method and a device for regenerating a small water pipe having an L or T-shaped bent portion are provided to perform a sanding task and an epoxy lining task with respect to an L/T-shaped bent portion and a straight section of a water pipe at high qualities. CONSTITUTION: A method for regenerating a small water pipe is as follows. An internal wall of a water pipe is cleaned with silica sand by using a sanding device. The internal wall of the water pipe is lined with epoxy paints by using a lining device. Operating balls are moved into a position out of a spot where a bent portion of the water pipe is formed after the operating balls are inserted into the water pipe through an inlet of the water pipe by using an operating ball insertion device in at least one initial stage of a sanding process or a lining process, or while proceeding the process.
