摘要 <p>The invention relates to a method for detecting and determining the concentration of certain analytes of interest in a fluid, intended to be used in applications related to environment quality control, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology or medicine. According to the invention, the method consists in applying certain electric, magnetic, mechanical or optical fields on certain constituents in an analytic compartment, where the constituents consist of a sample to be analyzed and/or a suspension containing indicator particles and can be: analytes, structures comprising analytes and compounds having affinitive connection therewith or compounds with indicator function having affinitive connection with a sensor, followed by a stage of monitoring the oscillations of the constituents in the analytic compartment as a consequence of the applied conditions, said monitoring being achieved by electric methods, such as impedance measurement, and/or optical methods, such as surface plasmon resonance, to determine the useful parameters, finally there being determined the presence or concentration of a certain analyte in the sample by using calibration curves previously determined from the analysis of samples with known analytes concentrations.</p>
