<p>The invention relates to a process for separating quartz feldspar from pegmatite ores. According to the invention, the process consists in crushing and wet grinding a pegmatite ore until a grain size of 0.25 mm is reached, after which the mica is removed by gravity screening, the ore is drained in filtering bed until a humidity of 10% is reached, then is dried to a humidity of 0.2%, is conditioned with hydrofluoric acid, after which the product is subjected to separation in an induction magnetic field 1.4...1.6 T and finally is separated in electrostatic field to obtain quartz with a SiOcontent of at least 98% and a FeOcontent of up to 0.08% and felspar with a FeOcontent of up to 0.55%.</p> |
