The tool (1) has a head (10) rotating relative to a rotation axis (A), and a lubrication hole (20) formed in a surface of the head through an outlet orifice (22). A portion of a wall of the outlet orifice forms a non-zero angle with a line perpendicular to a plane tangent to the surface of the head at the outlet orifice. The hole is widened by forming a trapezoid or an ellipse at the surface of the head, where the hole is inclined with respect to the tangent plane.
