The element (7) has a flexible tube (15) longitudinally attached to a rigid sole (17) along its transverse central section. The rigid sole comprises a contact surface (33) that is arranged in contact with corresponding surfaces (251, 252) of glass pane seals (111, 112) to press the rigid sole on a mounting surface (9). The contact surface is located perpendicular to the sole and located in front of the sole and on a side of the flexible tube.
