The apparatus has a shifting organ (7) with a shifting axis pivotally supported by a glove box lid. Two arms of a bolt (8) extend in a horizontal direction with each arm having a hook (8a). A sub-assembly organ holds the arms together along with the shifting organ in a state of compressed sub-assembly. The bolt arms include cam spindles coordinating cam grooves of the shifting organ, to shift the arms in opposite directions.
