The device (7) has a frame (8) for defining housing, and an aileron (11) movable between a retracted position in which the aileron is received in the housing and a deployed position in which the aileron is extended partially outside of the housing. The frame is defined by a rear spoiler (5). The aileron includes superimposed blades (12A-12D), which are movable relative to each other in a telescopic manner. An actuation system for actuating the aileron is arranged to move the aileron from the retracted position to the deployed position. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
