PURPOSE: A supplying and discharging apparatus for a pallet loading cultivation trays is provided to automatically supply and discharge the cultivation trays using a supplying conveyor unit and a pusher unit. CONSTITUTION: A supplying and discharging apparatus for a pallet loading cultivation trays comprises the following: a supplying conveyor unit(200) horizontally moving the pallet loading the cultivation trays; a pusher unit(400) horizontally installed on the supplying conveyor unit for pushing the side of the pallet; a discharging conveyor unit(600) discharging the pallet discharged from a heating furnace; and a horizontal state maintaining unit maintaining the horizontal state of the supplying conveyor unit using plural air cylinders; and a vertical moving unit(300) pushing the supplying conveyor unit to the vertical direction. The pusher unit includes a drive motor, a pusher, and a chain.
