<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp easy to assemble equipped with a plurality of substrates with light-emitting elements mounted. <P>SOLUTION: An LED module 410 is structured of a mounting substrate 411 with a notch 415 at nearly the center on a short side of the substrate from an end of the substrate to nearly the center in a length direction of the substrate, an LED 412 mounted on the mounting substrate 411, and male type connectors 413a, 413b or the like. An LED module 420 is structured of a mounting substrate 421 with a notch 425 at nearly the center on the short side of the substrate from an end of the substrate to nearly the center in a length direction of the substrate, an LED 422 mounted on the mounting substrate 421, and female type connectors 423a, 423b.
