摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of suppressing warpage in a fuel electrode support type power generation cell. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a fuel electrode support type power generation cell 1 including a solid electrolyte 2a, an air electrode 3a and a fuel electrode 4a, a first electrode layer 41a for supporting the mechanical strength of the whole cell is calcined previously to form a first fuel electrode sintered compact, each green sheet of a second fuel electrode layer 42a taking charge of electrode reaction and a solid electrolyte 2 is laminated on the first fuel electrode sintered compact and compressed to form a laminate. Contraction is restrained in the plane direction by the first fuel electrode sintered compact during the calcination, and the laminate is contracted in the thickness direction thus suppressing warpage of the fuel electrode support type power generation cell 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
