<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image editing device that is convenient when editing an image group for continuous display with the story composition kept. <P>SOLUTION: An image editing device comprises: a display control unit which outputs image signal to display information related to a set of images to be generated on a display device; an input interface which receives a plurality of candidate images that are candidate images to use for the set of images, total reproduction time for the set of images, and setting information regarding presentation effect for each image of the set of images from a user; and an image group generation unit which generates the set of images using the images selected from the candidate images. When the total reproduction time and the presentation effect are set or when at least one of the total reproduction time and the presentation effect is changed, the total number of planned images to be used for the set of images or the approximate number of the total number is determined and displayed on the display device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
