<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect vibration transferred from a vibrating vehicle to an occupant using a signal acquirable from the occupant. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle vibration detection apparatus 1 has an evaluation device body 10 and a signal acquisition unit 20. The signal acquisition unit 20 acquires an electric signal from electrodes disposed on the occipital regions O3 and O4 of an occupant 3 on the basis of international laws 10-20. The evaluation device body 10 includes a signal input section 11 to which the electric signal acquired in the signal acquisition unit 20 is inputted, an analysis section 12 which analyzes the electric signal supplied to the signal input section 11, and a display section 13 which displays a result of analyzing the electric signal by the analysis section 12.
