<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific antibody to an enzymatically synthesized glycogen (ESG), and to provide a method for quantifying glycogen using the antibody. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: an antibody directed to the enzymatically synthesized glycogen (ESG); an antigen-binding fragment thereof or a binding molecule containing the antigen-binding fragment; and a composition thereof.
