<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clearance hiding structure of a vehicle seat superior in an outward appearance by preventing jumping-up of a cover member with a simple constitution, without visually confirming an upper edge part of the cover member for hiding a clearance under the seat. <P>SOLUTION: This clearance hiding structure includes a seat cushion 2 arranged in an upper position than a vehicle floor F, the skin 8 for covering an outer surface of the seat cushion 2, and the cover member 10 for hiding the clearance under the seat cushion 2. The lower end of the skin 8 is locked on a lower part of the seat cushion 2. The skin 8 is vertically divided in a peripheral surface of the seat cushion 2, and the upper-lower skins 8u and 8d mutually overlap in a divided part. An upper edge part of the cover member 10 is simultaneously sewn in a state of being sandwiched by the upper-lower skins 8u and 8d.
