<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag mounting structure capable of facilitating assembly work and shortening the work time in the assembly work of an airbag module. <P>SOLUTION: A motorcycle includes: an airbag module 37; and vehicle body side stays 44L, 44R connecting the airbag module 37 to main frames 21L, 21R. Stay mounting parts 46L, 46R are the extended toward the vehicle rear from an upper part 45 of the vehicle body side stays, separately from the vehicle body side stays 44L, 44R. Tank side stays 40L, 40R corresponding to the stay mounting parts 46L, 46R are provided at an upper surface of a fuel tank 36.
