<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user-friendliness of various devices such as electronic devices by enabling footprint reduction. <P>SOLUTION: A device case comprises a first case (4) and a second case (6). The first case has a connecting shaft (10) on an inclined surface (8), and houses first members (an adapter body 18 and an AC/DC converter 54). The second case has an inclined surface (12) parallel to the inclined surface of the first case, and is connected to the first case via the connecting shaft. A second member (a DC cable 22) connected to the first members is inserted through the second case.
