VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE FOR ROLLING STOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device for the rolling stock that can effectively cope with a big excessive centrifugal acceleration without causing upsizing or cost increase of the device.

SOLUTION: In a vibration control device for rolling stock that is interposed between a vehicle body 1 and a truck 2 that carries out elastic suspension of the vehicle body, and includes an actuator 4 that controls relative displacement of the vehicle body and the truck in right and left direction; an acceleration detection means 8 that detects vibrational acceleration in the right and left direction of the vehicle body; and a controller 10 that controls the actuator based on a detection result of the acceleration detection means, a stroke sensor 9 that detects the rolling stock is running a curved section is provided and the output of the actuator 4 is suppressed when the stroke 9 detects that the rolling stock is running the curved section.
