The hand piece (1) has two independent releasing devices, where one of the releasing devices releases the clamping slides of an inner needle by pressing a release key (S), while the other releasing device serves for releasing the other clamping slides with a cut bush in a temporal distance. The temporal distance is determined by an operator by pressing another release key (A) to unlock the tissue samples to be cut or inner needle. The release key is pressed at the distal part of a two-armed lever.
